Mobile Massage Therapy to suit you throughout South Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and West London or at my treatment room in Hedsor, High Wycombe.
After many years working in Sales to the Hospitality Trade it was time for a career change and to find a more meaningful and spiritual path.
Just over five years ago, I embarked upon a sober lifestyle which has seen me become much more connected with those around me and a realisation that helping others is more rewarding than chasing money.
Massage has become a very important part of that journey and has opened up a world of possibilities for me.
Meditation and various other therapies are now part of my daily life.
Is for relaxation and stress relief. It is a full body massage with varying pressure and a range of different techniques which have an almost hypnotic and calming effect. In addition, specific areas of tension when they are located can be targeted. Boosts the body’s ”feel good” hormones.
Is for maintaining muscle fitness and performance. It is a full body massage with deeper pressure which promotes flexibility and a better range of movement. It increases oxygen levels in the blood and helps to ease delayed onset muscle soreness.
Pre-event massage is a treatment to aid with the body's preparation for an event by stimulating circulation and invigorating muscle tissue.
Post-event massage aids recovery after exertion by helping to flush out toxins and waste from the body's systems and boosts recovery from injury.
Thanks so much for the wonderful massage, Michael. Best massage I’ve had in ages! You have yourself a repeat customer.
Met Michael this evening for a 2 hour massage, how wonderful this was, a really lovely fella with an excellent touch, just the right pressure used everywhere all round, excellent communication in setting up the evening and also during, well worth a visit.
Top massage Mike, really helped to ease my lower back pain. Many thanks. Good that you are so close by too.
I had a marvellous massage with Michael yesterday. Felt amazing afterwards and floated home. Lovely experience. Check him out!
